Gold Square² is not a real estate agency and does not engage in property sales, brokerage, valuation, or representation.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Access to the Platform is limited to property developers with new development projects that meet Gold Square²’s quality and positioning standards.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are acting as a property developer or as an authorized representative of a development company
- All submitted projects are new developments
- All information provided is accurate, complete, and lawful
Gold Square² reserves the right to approve or reject any registration request at its sole discretion.
3. Content Submission and Approval
All projects, listings, images, text, and materials submitted to the Platform are subject to review and approval before publication.
Gold Square² reserves the right to:
- Refuse, remove, or request modifications to any content
- Determine how approved content is displayed
- Maintain the overall quality, integrity, and reputation of the Platform
Approval does not imply verification or endorsement of the content.
4. Developer Responsibilities
Developers are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy, legality, and completeness of all submitted content
- Ensuring they own or have rights to all materials uploaded
- Ensuring that listings comply with applicable laws and regulations
Gold Square² bears no responsibility for inaccuracies, omissions, or claims related to developer-submitted content.
5. Subscription, Fees, and Payments
Access to the Platform is provided through an annual subscription.
Once activated, subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage, publication status, or early termination by the developer.
Gold Square² reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or structure for future billing periods.
6. Suspension and Termination
Gold Square² may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, with or without notice, if a developer:
- Breaches these Terms
- Submits misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content
- Poses reputational or legal risk to the Platform
Upon termination, access to the Platform and published content may be removed immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform design, branding, layout, and proprietary content belong to Gold Square².
Developers retain ownership of their submitted content but grant Gold Square² a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute such content on the Platform for the duration of the subscription.
8. Limitation of Liability
Gold Square² provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Square² shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on any content displayed.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
10. Changes to These Terms
Gold Square² may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
